This couple was among my first paid clients when I started my photography journey a few years ago. I was honored when they contacted me to take their engagement photos. I have a tender spot for my first clients- the people who helped me enter the photography world, even though I had so much to learn. Honestly, this business wouldn’t have been possible if it wasn’t for those first set of clients.

On another note, our session location was originally set for Rainbow Mountain. I love working in that area, but it tends to photograph dark. Given an overcast weather prediction, I suggested a last-minute location change. It completely worked in our favor. We were able to snag some great shots with the wildflowers. Because of the weird weather, it’s been harder to predict these seasonal blooms. So it was a nice surprise to be able to work in my favorite Spring location.
