It’s finally happening! When I started this business six years ago, I knew I wanted to include illustrations. It’s where the “Design” portion of the name comes from. These works of art are a long-anticipated passion project of mine, and I hope you enjoy them as much as I do.
These illustrations are inspired by our photography session, with the goal of blending traditional art with sentimentality. They are great keepsakes, stand-alone art pieces for your walls, or as part of a gallery wall in your favorite areas of your home.
How It Works

Use the order form below to get started. You will be prompted to choose 3-5 Images from your session to serve as your inspiration for your illustration(s). I use these images as reference photos for posing, aesthetic, and emotion for the illustration. My illustrations are not intended to be an exact replication of any one photo.

Your illustration is carefully created. You will receive a preview of the lineart of your illustration and can make revision requests within 48 hours.
When painting, I use high-quality. cold-pressed cotton paper and professional-grade watercolors and pencils for my work. The final product is sealed with a protective varnish to guarantee longevity. -
Turnaround time varies, depending on the season, artwork complexity, and number of illustrations ordered. Orders are delivered within 2-4 weeks after the order form is complete and payment is processed.

Additional Subjects - $50.00 ea.
These illustrations come framed in a standard size of 8×10. Additional sizes, 11×14 and 16×20, are available upon request for an additional cost.

Yes! Whether this is a memorial piece, an active duty military parent, or a general request, I am happy to fulfill it. Just be sure to include 2-4 photos of the person you’re adding when we’re finalizing your details.

Minor revisions are included in the illustration price. Once the linework is complete, you’ll receive a sample of your illustration via email. You will have 48 hours to make a revision request before the painting begins.

Yes- and no. Custom illustrations are offered as an exclusive service for my photography clients. However, we can use photos from a past session if you aren’t interested in updating your photos at this time.
