Let’s get to know each other.

SLOW MORNINGS & CANDLELIT FAMILY DINNERS

SUNSHINE & WATER TO SWIM IN

always

over anything

I love anything creative…

For me, it’s less about the medium, skill, or outcome. It’s so much more about the process, stretching that part of my brain, and being immersed in something that is integral to the human experience.

I’ve explored everything from painting and sculpture to needlework and film photography. In 2019, with the encouragement of a friend, I picked up a camera again. What started as play quickly became something more.

Over time, I found my professional voice rooted in the principles that have always informed my art. It’s not about performance or creating the aesthetic of a nice picture. It’s about being yourself, documenting what’s already there, and sitting in those sweet, unforced moments.

A young girl with shoulder-length hair swinging on a tree branch swing in a park on a cloudy day.
A family sitting on a blanket outdoors near a white picket fence, with a woman holding a baby, a man, and a young girl leaning on the man's shoulders, all smiling.
A family of four, including a baby, a young boy, a woman, and a man, playing on a checkered blanket outdoors on a grassy field.
A young boy with curly hair, wearing a gray t-shirt, black shorts with white stripes, and climbing shoes, is reaching up to grab a hold on an indoor rock climbing wall.
A young man and woman sitting on a large rock by a creek in a lush green forest, with the woman playing a ukulele and both enjoying the nature surroundings.
A toddler with blonde hair and blue eyes, crawling on a blanket outdoors at sunset, surrounded by red apples, with white decorative objects and greenery in the background.
A family of four, including a father, mother, young boy, and baby, sitting on stone steps in a park with greenery, trees, and shrubs in the background, enjoying a playful moment together.

Working Together- What’s that like?

Working with me is meant to feel easy. I pick locations for their natural beauty, space to play, and relaxed atmosphere, so you can engage without feeling like you’re on display. My session planning resources take the guesswork out of figuring out what to wear so that your outfits are photogenic while still being true to your style.

You don’t have to know what to do or how to pose. Your littles don’t have to be still, and your teens don’t have to smile for the camera. Big, playful energy and soft, shy moments all have a place here. During the session, my approach is flexible and intentionally relaxed so that the natural moments unfold and nothing feels forced. I’ll offer simple direction when needed so you can focus on being present, connected, and fully yourself.

I’m always available to answer questions before, during, and after your session. So don’t hesitate to reach out!
